The TCE has excellent library and information center with the name “JNANA SANGAMA” to facilitate and cater to the needs of Curriculum, research and general reading. The 1000 sq/mtr area building is one of modern state of art building in the region and spacious with large reading halls. The Library is having a collection of information resources with over 34250 volumes, 6120 Titles covering all branches of Science and engineering, encyclopedias, dictionaries, hand Books, data Books etc. worth of 84 Lakhs. Worth of 84 Lakhs.  Digital library established to support CD/DVD resources, 12000+ e-Books, and 15000+ e-Journals. It has access to online resources through VTU E-Consortium with ASCE Online, IEL Online, Springer link, Open-j-Gate, Elsevier, T&F, CNC Press, and The Library is extended its Inter Library Loan Service with the help of DELNET to fulfill the user’s needs.

Being one of the very important organs of the system, is the Centre of all activities on the Campus. It has adopted open access system and maintains author, title, subject and series catalogues to provide multiple accesses to the stack by using “LIBSOFT” the Library automation Software. The Library is catering to the needs of the students, faculty and research scholars. Further library provides audio visual facilities, photo copying facilities, book bank facilities etc.
